Replatformed identity resolution from 14-hour batch to sub-second.
The previous system ran a 14-hour nightly job to merge identities across 11 sources. Activation lagged the customer by a full day, and the match rate had been quietly degrading for over a year.
We rebuilt the resolver as a streaming pipeline with deterministic and probabilistic matching, survivorship rules expressed as policy, and a feedback loop into the match graph. The team owned every line of code we wrote.
